Welcome to Quad Surf!

1.⁠ ⁠Registration and Payment

• Your spot is confirmed only once payment has been received.

• Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: no refunds will be issued.

• Ticket transfer: tickets may be transferred to another person at any time, subject to approval by the organization.

• These conditions are communicated at the time of registration and are accepted upon payment confirmation.

3.⁠ ⁠Changes and Event Cancellation

• The organization reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, instructors, or programming as needed.

• In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the organization’s control, a new date will be offered.

• If a participant is unable to attend the newly offered date, they will receive credit for the amount paid toward a future Quad Surf edition. No cash refunds will be issued in this scenario.

4.⁠ ⁠Health and Responsibility

• Each participant declares that they are in adequate physical condition to take part in the skating, surfing, and other scheduled activities.

• Participation in the event is voluntary, and each attendee assumes the risks inherent to sports activities, including the risk of injury.

• Participants are encouraged to inform the organization of any relevant physical condition prior to the start of the event.

• The organization may require participants to sign an additional liability waiver before activities begin.

5.⁠ ⁠Insurance

• Participants are strongly encouraged to have valid medical and/or travel insurance for the duration of their stay in Brazil.

6.⁠ ⁠Conduct

• Quad Surf Brazil promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

• The organization may remove from the event any participant whose conduct affects the safety or experience of others, without right to refund or credit.

7.⁠ ⁠Image Use

• Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.

• By participating, attendees authorize the use of their image for Quad Surf Brazil’s promotional purposes, unless expressly communicated otherwise before the event begins.

8.⁠ ⁠Personal Data

• The data provided will be used exclusively for event management and communication related to Quad Surf Brazil.

9.⁠ ⁠Acceptance

• By completing registration and making payment, the participant declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Quad Surf Brazil is a sports tourism experience. Transportation costs to and from the event, visas, personal insurance, and any expenses not specified in the purchased package are the sole responsibility of the participant.
